Getting There
Folegandros, a charming Cyclades island, is accessible via ferry from Athens, Santorini, and other nearby islands. Although there’s no airport on the island, Santorini’s airport serves as a convenient gateway for travelers.
By Ferry
From Athens:
Fly to Athens, then take a ferry from Piraeus port, which takes about 4 hours with a highspeed ferry or around 12 hours with a conventional ferry. Ferries also depart from the port of Lavrio.
From Santorini:
There are flights from Athens and various European cities to Santorini. From there take a direct ferry to Folegandros. The trip takes about 40 minutes with a highspeed ferry or 3 hours with a conventional ferry.
From Other Cyclades Islands:
Folegandros is connected to islands like Milos, Ios, and Sifnos, offering additional travel options.
