Daphne romantic studio
Stone and light blend together in a wonderful studio in the heart of the town of Spetses and offer you an atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else. The interior design is what makes this accommodation unique, although you will also enjoy the huge garden that embraces the house.
The studio is ideal for couples, but can also accommodate a third guest upon request. Pets are welcome, too. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a beautiful Indonesian decoration on the headboard. Traditional wooden items and furniture complement the rustic character of the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is large enough so you can dine in comfort. There is an equally comfortable dining table in the garden, where you can relax under the grape vine arbour by the lawn.

Votsalo Summer House
A wonderful house, ideal for families and large groups, which can accommodate up to eight guests. Almost every window overlooks the sea and the entire house is surrounded by a well kempt garden, equipped with a built-in bar and a dedicated barbeque area, where you may find everything you need to pull of the perfect BBQ night.
Votsalo Summer House has an exceptional interior design. The particularly spacious kitchen features a kitchen island and a large dining table. The warmth of timber wood creates a sense of the natural world indoors, while the Moroccan tile backsplash adds a Mediterranean charm. The large comfortable sofas in earthy tones render the living room very welcoming and bring further aesthetic allure to the interior.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and two more rooms, each of which has two single beds. There is also a washing machine that guests can use, as well as a baby cot, toys and books, in case you have children.
Captain Ilias Mansion
A mansion that dates back to 1840, carrying the irresistible allure of Greece, will make your holidays in Spetses unforgettable.
Captain Ilias’ mansion has three bedrooms with six beds and can accommodate up to nine guests. Although it is located just six minutes from the town centre and the port, the house offers a quiet stay.
Wooden furniture, unique antiques, romantic faded portraits and old mirrors adorn the mansion. The bedrooms are large, while the living room and dining room are also very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Pets are allowed in this lovely property. There is also a washing machine, a baby cot and children’s toys. The mansion has a large front courtyard and a lawned garden at the back.
Villa with private garden and swimming pool
If you are looking for a place full of character, look no further. This charming hilltop villa will fascinate you with its decoration and setting.
The villa is ideal for two couples or a family. The living room is one of a kind, adorned with Greek and African antiques and a moderately stout bookcase. Both bedrooms have a lot of character and overlook the garden, while the kitchen is fully equipped.
Enjoy a swim in the swimming pool and have a drink near the garden. Then head to the small dining room by the pool for lunch.
Two residences in a renovated villa of 1853
A unique villa built in 1853 and fully renovated in 2015, ideal for large families and groups. The villa is so large that it has been divided into two independent residences of 220sqm each, and it is surrounded by a 900sqm garden with a large swimming pool for everyone.
The villa is full of windows and all rooms are bathed in light. The villa is fully equipped and provides a full range of amenities: a washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair, all essential kitchen appliances, a barbeque and parking space.
