Με πηγή έμπνευσης μια θρυλική γοργόνα, το Tipsy Mermaid, ένα μοναδικό gastro bar, μόλις άνοιξε τις χρωματιστές του πόρτες στην όμορφη και δροσερή πλατεία της Ραφήνας. Μπαίνοντας στο Tipsy Mermaid, το funky περιβάλλον του σας κερδίζει αμέσως. Εδώ, κουλτούρες, τάσεις και εποχές συναντώνται και «παντρεύονται», δημιουργώντας έναν χώρο όπου το retro συνδυάζεται με το floral, το pop με το romantic, και το φανταστικό με το ρεαλιστικό. Οι αντιφάσεις αυτές συνθέτουν μια γλυκιά ιστορία, συνυπάρχοντας όμορφα, όπως σε μια γοργόνα.

Η κάρτα, επιμελημένη με προσοχή και δημιουργικότητα από τον σεφ του Κράκεν, Λάμπρο Ανυφαντή, κρύβει γευστικά πιάτα εμπνευσμένα από διάφορες κουζίνες, προσθέτοντας τη δική του πινελιά στη μαγεία του χώρου. Χωρισμένο σε πρωινές λιχουδιές, bar και street food bites ιδανικά για να συνοδεύσετε το ποτό σας, καθώς και κυρίως πιάτα με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον, το μενού αποτελεί έναν ακόμη λόγο για να κάνετε το πολύχρωμο αυτό μέρος το νέο σας στέκι.

Ακολουθώντας την όμορφη λογική των αντιθέσεων, εδώ οι τηγανητές πατάτες μοσχοβολούν λάδι τρούφας και παρμεζάνα, ενώ η επιλογή ανάμεσα σε τραγανά nachos και fluffy flatbread μπορεί να σας φέρει σε δίλημμα. Στα κυρίως πιάτα, τα λαχταριστά burgers και η πλούσια μακαρονάδα με ταρτάρ σολωμού συνυπάρχουν με τη γευστική μπαλοτίνα κοτόπουλου σε sous vide που λιώνει στο στόμα, ενώ φυσικά, υπάρχουν και vegan επιλογές. Μην παραλείψετε να δοκιμάσετε τα χειροποίητα γλυκά, επιμελημένα από τον ταλαντούχο pastry chef Δημήτρη Κοτσώνη.

Ένα από τα πλέον χαρακτηριστικά του χώρου είναι τα μοναδικά thrifted αντικείμενα και ρούχα που σας καλούν να τα περιεργαστείτε. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα μπείτε στο παιχνίδι να φανταστείτε την ιστορία πίσω από το κάθε αντικείμενο και πώς αυτό βρέθηκε να κοσμεί μία από τις όμορφες γωνιές του χώρου. Αν κάποιο fashion item σας γοητεύσει και επιθυμείτε να το αποκτήσετε, έχετε την ευκαιρία. Τα ρούχα είναι προς πώληση, ενώ σύντομα θα είναι διαθέσιμα και αντικείμενα, οπότε μην διστάσετε να τα αποκτήσετε.

Οι δημιουργοί αυτού του παραμυθιού είναι η ηθοποιός Έλλη Γαρυφαλλίδου και η ομάδα του διαχρονικού “Sante Rock Bar” καθώς και του νέου hot spot της περιοχής, “Kraken Beach Bar”. Είναι γνωστοί για τη δημιουργικότητα και το πάθος τους στη δημιουργία ξεχωριστών και ευφάνταστων projects. Το Tipsy Mermaid βρίσκεται δίπλα στο «Sante», στην πλατεία της Ραφήνας, μόλις 30 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Αθήνας, και έρχεται να προσθέσει ζωντάνια με το χρώμα του στην ήδη όμορφη πλατεία με τα πλατάνια και τα τραπεζάκια της.
